Awesome place with free wi-fi, fitness centre, and air conditioning. The helpful staff even gave me currency advice during my first stay. I highly recommend it and will be back for Christmas!

The room was brand-new and the bathroom was clean, I truly enjoyed it. All the personnel was very friendly.

When I am in Frederick, I like staying here. All perfect, everything you need for the weekend. The staff are very amiable, overall. The hotel offers good location really close to the restaurant, Frederick due to a death in the family and the nearby Waffle House for breakfast. For tea and goodies visit Bruster's Real Ice Cream, located close by.

The fridge was handy, but the noise from neighbors was annoying at night.

The location was perfect, great to enjoy everything from casual dining to historic sightseeing. Highly recommend checking out events there if you're visiting!

Unfortunately, we encountered some issues with the service and cleanliness which was disappointing.

The kitchen area includes a full-sized refrigerator and a stove, which offer a level of convenience for longer stays. The location provides easy access to nearby CVS and dining options.

The hotel is not comparable to a typical lodging experience, as it functions more like a halfway house, and the presence of long-term residents can create an uncomfortable atmosphere. Rooms may not have basic amenities like blow dryers or sufficient toiletries, and cleanliness standards leave a lot to be desired. I had to purchase my own towels due to the dirty conditions. Air conditioning units were unreliable, and it was often difficult to find staff to address issues promptly.

The mini kitchen was handy for feeding our big family, even though we had to gather our own utensils.

My kids wished the hotel would offer more family-friendly amenities, like a pool or playground.
